Do not take your vehicle here! Waste of money! My son took his vehicle for a collision repair after a deer jumped in front of his truck, they took a while with the vehicle sent all these invoices of parts that were suppose to be fixed after months of having it in their possession they said it was finally ready and running like a beauty, my son took time off of work to go pick up his truck, 4 DAYS after he picked it up the condenser fell hitting and causing the fan and other parts to fall off while on his way to work! When I called they said the part that fell they did not fix when it’s on the invoices they sent for payment to my insurance company! We had to take it somewhere else to get fixed! When I called their receptionist said Ben which is the manager in charge of the collision department was not there when I could clearly hear him in the back ground! After going back and forth with them, Ben said we could take the vehicle back but he’d have to file another insurance which I didn’t understand for what?!? When they had already received payment! This place is a fraud and unprofessional!
