The process was quick and easy. Everyone was friendly. I received constant updates on the progress of the work. I also got full explanation on all work needing to be done and why. My only complaint was standing at the front desk waiting for someone to acknowlege that I needed help. Several people looked at me but returned to what they were doing. As if "It's not my job to help someone at the front counter."
