I chose to give Merriam Body Shop a chance to earn my business because they are a sponsor on a podcast I listen to. I called on a Monday to make an appointment for an estimate. They called back on Tuesday or Wednesday. I went in for an estimate on Thursday and they said it would take 48 hours to get it to me. I still hadn’t heard from them 7 days later. I called to get an update and once again, had to leave message. At this point it’s been longer than a week and I never heard back. I’m in a line of work that deals with crashed vehicles on a daily basis and am frequently asked for recommendations. I doubt I will be recommending Merriam Body Shop again.

Caleb we are sorry you have not been contacted. Sometimes our estimates do go to spam if it was sent. We have been working hard to get our shop back in gear after the GM left our shop in shambles. Currently we have one office person handling all calls, customers, estimates, insurance, etc. Our current estimator works off site, If you fell through the cracks we do apologize! I don't seem to have any voicemails with your name so not sure if you left any. Although, I cannot see your last name or number to confirm.
