Honest and fair prices on the sales side of buying a car, even during the strange economic crisis happening in the car world. Justin and Adam are wonderful, they will listen and try to do as much as they can. Service shops are typically a separate entity than the sales side, separate company in how everyone gets paid/work given, etc. PLEASE get vehicle of your interest checked out by a third party before you purchase. I DO NOT trust Rowland and the service shop that checks the cars out before putting them on the lot unfortunately. I left a separate review on the service shop Google map reviews. It is not Justin and Adam’s problem, they are only the ones trying to sell the vehicles and they try to be honest about all they know.

This has been the WORST experience of my life. Long story short, bought a car here a few months back, went through the history of the vehicle and everything came back ok. When I went to get tags for the vehicle the DMV stated they couldn't issue a tag with a clean title as the car had been totaled and needed a salvage title. Went back to talk to the dealership and they did/said everything they could to try and convince us to keep it. We were dumb and desperate at the time for a vehicle and they knew that so yes, it was our fault for not returning it but it's been such an awful experience in the past 9 months the with it. Do NOT purchase a vehicle from here without having them show you the Carfax. They used a different website (unsure of what it's called) promising it'd be the same thing and that all the information was correct when it certainly wasn't. Yes, we signed a paper stating they had no knowledge of this- now do I believe that? 10000% no and neither does anyone else I've come across. It doesn't matter how desperate, young or dumb you are, I wouldn't recommend this place to a soul nor wish what I'm going through on my worst enemy. Got any questions, email me.

Bought truck from here and and couldn't even pass inspection and I've had to put more money into it than it's worth and talked to them about the vehicle not being able to pass inspection and they just said it couldn't be that bad
