We got our truck serviced here for the first time. All went well except for getting our tires rotated. That was supposed to be done, but they said the tires were chopping and couldn’t do it. They then proceeded to tell me I needed to look at getting news tires and they just happened to be having a sale coming up. This was frustrating because the truck doesn’t need new tires yet, but they did need rotated. My husband rotated the tires himself when he replaced my brake pads. I don’t appreciate someone trying to sell me something that’s not a needed.
