I thought this business was good and I thought they did solid work but they cut corners and don’t do the work they said they did. I had spark plug issues May 2022 and Brake problems October 2021. I’m May of this month I had to redo by brakes on my own with only 10,000 miles and new spark plugs and coils and boots today. The mechanic where I went said nothing had been replaced. Don’t recommend this business.

Sep 25, 2023We warranty our work if you were having problems you should have come talk to us. Given this was work that was a year and 2 years ago we would have seen what we could do. At the minimum we could have got parts warranties out. And we never bill out parts we don't install. If you can provide receipts and old parts i would still be willing to try to help you out. The other thing there 2 other shops in Hays that have similar names to ours are you sure you have the right shop. We are on 8th St.
