Total clusterf*** ** as much as I appreciate the idea of you wanting to make this right, you had an opportunity to fix the problems after the first time they said it was complete and was VERY EVIDENT the work wasn't done. I'm taking it to another shop to get it done correctly now. And your shops excuse of we didn't talk about stuff doesn't fly when even the insurance company was in on the conversation. I know people make mistakes but your shop made it very clear they really don't care if it's repaired completly or right, they just want paid. At least that was my impression.
