This was my first experience using this company and I will 100% be using them again and recommending them to others! I needed an alignment on my car and when they were pulling it in the mechanic heard my car making a weird noise and found out my wheel bearings were bad. He informed me of price and my options to fix this as this issue needed to be fixed soon, I got in contact with my warranty company and Ying Lings was more than happy to work with the warranty company and communicate with them to fix my car. They got me in quickly and repaired my car fast while keeping me updated the whole time. 10/10 services and very kind people!

Had an issue with my 2014 Jeep Patriot that I couldn’t figure out. They diagnosed it quickly and walked me through what they had to do. It took about 12 days for the repair but none of that was on Ying Lings just due to a lack of a certain part. Given the experience, I’d bring my car there again if another problem crops up.

5 stars to J.D. and the rest of the crew at Yingling's. My old Jeep needed a new rear differential, which they had to order (used) from Denver. After a test drive, they didn't like how it ran, so they kept my Jeep over the weekend to install a new one, and gave me a super-duper loaner vehicle for my long drive south to my class reunion. Great job!!!

We recently had some major repairs completed at YingLings and they went above and beyond with their service. They worked with our extended warranty insurance company and answered all of our questions. We got a second quote on the repairs but ended up going with YL’s because of their awesome service! I wouldn’t ever hesitate to recommend them to family and friends!

This was my second time at Yingling's and I will honestly say that these guys are great! Came here because I had worked with JD and Shane in the past and I knew I would be in good honest hands. When I had come for an oil change it was recommend that I get new tires, battery, shock & struts, alignment, which sounds like a lot but when the mechanic is inspecting your vehicle, they also take images, that are sent to you and you can actually see your car parts. Called JD on a Tuesday and with in minutes, he had an estimate for all the work I was requesting/needing to be done, he had the parts ordered and was able to get me in the very next day. SO AWESOME! At the time of pick up, everything was ready to go AND when I had gotten in my car, there was a little Halloween treat of candy with a little coupon card. Highly recommend Yingling's to everyone, they have great customer service with advisors who listen, cute little waiting room, offer a complimentary car if needed, images and quotes sent to you for your car, coupon deals and treats. Keep up the great work guys!!!
