I had new parts supposedly put on the car they scratched my door and scratched my bumper all to hell. They didn't do a professional job. I feel like they did this out of spite because I asked for a few updates. I wouldn't ever take a car back to this carstar.

I have had no problems with previous repairs by Walt's until this episode. I'm going back to have these problems address, hopefully easy fixes.

Fantastic experience with Chelsea. Whatever they are paying her it is not enough. She's the rare combo of knowledgeable, personable, cheerful, and caring. Never ever acted like I was bothering her. Car looks great, as well, so the techs must be good.
