Let me start this review by saying that I have not needed to use a body shop in 20 years. So I was completely clueless and needed guidance. I used Best Body Shop based off the reviews, and I’m glad that I did. From the initial phone call I knew I was in great hands. This body shop is very hands on, detail oriented and very nice to deal with. The communication is top notch, they called me three times a week to give me updates. They kept me more informed than my insurance company. Unfortunately my car was totaled and I was sad about that because I wanted to see the process of my car being fixed and working even more with them. Even after my car was deemed a total loss, they helped in dealing with the insurance company. I look forward to needing their assistance in the future.

Painter did an awesome job! Car was returned with misaligned headlight leaving a gap between fender and housing. Needs better QC. Did not meet expectations.

Best customer experience I've received all year! I was greeted right when I walked through the door, I had already gotten an estimate before walking in & they took less time than expected! They even gave me a tour of the shop & I was surprised to see that it is extremely clean & organized for being a body shop. My estimate was also lower than what I anticipated, they definitely over delivered & are a prime example of what quality customer service truly is!

Great customer service and did a great job of keeping me informed of the progress on my vehicle.

Came in to have my tailgate painted, everyone was so nice! They showed me around the facility to see who was going to doing the painting, we talked about how it was going to done. Then went to see how much it was going to cost. It was painless and the price was pretty good I thought! Few days later it was finished and couldn't be anymore happier how it turned out! I definitely want to recommend Best Body Shop to anyone and everyone! 5 out of 5 stars from me!!!!
