READ THE REVIEWS I was concerned because I read the reviews - but I thought I'd check it out.. I called, and the person on the phone (a male) was really short with me. So, I decided not to risk it, and went with a different nearby company with great reviews (KC Dent & Ding). While waiting for our appointment there, I wanted to see what other places would charge, so I made an appointment for an estimate with Maaco out of curiosity. I sat in the Maaco lobby for 15 minutes without anyone talking to me. There was a sign on the counter that said to call this number if I wasn't being helped. I called and it rang several phones around the office. No one came. After about 5 minutes of all these phones ringing, a woman appeared and asked if I was the one calling (not if she could help me). I told her I didn't know for sure, but I assumed it was my call. She said the person I needed to talk to was sitting in a car right outside "reading codes". There was a person sitting in a car out there - right in front of the huge window I was standing in front of - who easily saw me standing in the lobby. Also, I've used several ODB readers in the past, and it doesn't take more that a few minutes to write down the codes. So we sat in the car and looked up another place. Ironically there was another place right around the corner. We left and got our estimate from them.. They were really nice. Having done our due diligence, we went to our appointment with Bill at KC Dent & Ding. Oh my gosh I'm so glad we did. Great service, great price and amazing results.

Brian is a liar and thief. 3 months to even start the work and after it was "done" had to take it to the troost location for them to redo all the work. And they stole the original Chevy emblem off of the back of the truck.

Hi this is my second review. I have tried calling and I still haven’t been able to get anything resolved. I also called corporate and still have not gotten a resolution or even a phone call back. My suv as you can all see is still two different shades and a gap on my hood. I posted pics and you all could literally care less to resolve a half as done job. Terrible service and terrible workers.

Fast and affordable professional employees as well

I did a paint job on my dodge 1500 last October. They did a horrible job the paint is pilling around my door handles and headlights and it’s only been 5 months! I called and the manager didn’t even give me his name or the ownerships contact information! Very disappointed will never go back to Macco
