I've been a service customer of Hendrick Toyota since Y2K, when I bought our first, 4Runner. My first service advisor, at the location on Shawnee mission parkway was John Bates. I was real pleased with him and when he moved to a different department, I engaged with Chris Galiano. He was an outstanding guy to work with; I enjoyed his honesty and grew to trust him completely. I recall calling him from Colorado with an issue and he was able to tell me what the solution was and why it had occurred in the first place. I was disappointed to learn that he retired, but had gotten to know Jerry Cheng a bit when Chris wasn't available. So, I worked with him today and was very pleased with his knowledge and cordiality. He's very astute and trustworthy. I commend Hendrick Toyota for hiring such competent, friendly employees.

Yusef was extremely helpful in finding and closing a GR Corolla purchase. This was a very easy and simple process. I recommend him in anyone looking to purchase a Toyota!

Recently tried to find a donut spare for my 2018 prius that doesn't come with a spare tire. Went all over town trying to find the right wheel size and tire. After a few misstarts with the local junk yards the Hendricks parts guy Brent really went the extra mile and did the research to get me what i was looking for. Super happy customer here. THANK YOU! MERCEDES IS FANTASTIC IN SERVICE. Another pleasant and helpful trip to Hendricks service with Mercedes... i needed a new 12volt battery for my 18 prius and they made it happen super fast. Thank you.
