I was sent here through insurance to have estimate and repair done. I spoke to Ron and had an outstanding customer service experience. He was very nice and helpful and just overall awesome! Highly recommend this place.
Went in to get a repair on bumper that has bubbled up now peeling off . Spoke with Chris she said there were scratches well on my 2006 yes But the pain is peeling all the way around. I am a honest person and if it wasn't the paint job I WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK ! Dale's has been good to many of my friends and family they have done a good job! Chris said they are booked out untill March and she will take care of it . Hate to wait it should really look good by then . But we do what we have to do. Thank you for standing behind your work. Chris and Mark helped me after my collision with 2 other vehicles on I-70. Not only helpful, but honest. They were upfront with how things were going to go. Very thorough in explaining the details. Thanks guys for easing a bit of my burden that day. I was told that Dales does extremely great work also!
In March 2022, I took my car to Dales for a collision repair. They gave me an estimate, and said they could look for a used part that would lower my cost. I said yes, and they told me they would call me when they found a part. In fall of 2022, after months of hearing nothing from them, I called to check in. They informed me that they had not been looking for a part, but would start now and let me know. At this point I was very frustrated with their service, but gave them benefit of the doubt. I figured maybe something got lost within their system, and I’d give them another chance to figure it out. After all, things happen. Within about a month they called and said they had found a used part that would be significantly cheaper. I returned their call and said I would like that part, and they said they would order it and tell me when they were ready to schedule an appointment. It is now April 2023, over a year since my first conversation with them and 6 months since they claimed they had ordered the part. We called them today, and they apparently have no record of my car, claim, or part. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I advise everyone else does as well.
