I bought tires and had them put on my truck.
I mean, it's Walmart, a little bit pricey, maybe, for being a little bit low quality. Also I had to wait there without even being in a line for like 10 minutes, while one of the workers from the auto center was just messing around the desk. And I understand that, being in customer service myself, he was probably already doing something. But he didn't check in wl. me, or even say 'hi' or look at me, and I'm pretty sure he knew I was right there. Again, it's Walmart. The guy who actually helped me though had great hospitality, and found ways to make a connection - Thanks!
Tire tech was inefficient at product knowledge, didn't know much about tires or how to look them up
A very good place for your car service. They replaced my headlights bulbs for $20 Very good.
If an auto center can’t do basic things like replace a headlamp, I don’t know that I trust them with tasks such as oil changes and tire replacement. I will never do business with this center again.

3 damn hours for 4 tires and an oil change? I also had 4 tires reserved with an appointment, 2 hours into the appointment and they tell me they only have 3 ... and a more expensive one to round out the 4 . You should be closed down immediately for poor customer service and ignorance. If I could leave less than one star I would..
