My experience with this mechanic shop was beyond disappointing. I took my car in for a simple oil change, and it was returned to me with several new problems that weren't there before! It's as if they intentionally messed things up to get more business out of me. Not only did they overcharge me for the oil change, but they also failed to communicate any potential issues they noticed during the service. The new problems they created resulted in additional costly repairs elsewhere. This shop lacks integrity, and I feel cheated and taken advantage of. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs! They will do more harm than good to your vehicle

Aug 25, 2023I have no record of this event nor do I venture into other areas. I don’t do many oil changes with inspections (<10 this year so far) and have not had any that fit this description. So sir if this is a legitimate issue please contact me so I can make it right as this is not how I operate.
