We bought a a used vehicle in March of this year, spent $26000 on it. So far the transmission has been replaced not once but twice. Have had some front end issues, passenger doors have a mind of their own, you can open them up and as my kids get it in they shut on them. Now I have another light on, heater core is going, and it’s still not driving right and is louder since they have replaced the transmission.

Words can't describe how satisfied I am with Hyrum and briggs team. Never Purchased a vehicle from a dealership that actually cared about their customers like briggs supercenter. They always go above and beyond to make sure im satisfied. If anyone just moved to Manhattan or is looking to purchasing a new vehicle got see Hyrum at briggs before any other dealership. I promise you won't regret it. Again thank you Hyrum and the whole briggs supercenter team.

Lazy salesman, acted like they didn't care about the sale, did not even attempt to do any work, between salesman and finance manager, rude uptight and acted like they didn't want our business, would not recommend

Tim Cutty in Manhattan was very friendly and helpful during the whole truck buying process. He worked around my and my wife’s schedule and worked with my wife to finish the process after I went to work.

I would like to share with you my unsolicited experience at Briggs on Skyline recently. This was my third trip to Briggs looking for the right car on the previous two visits I was unable to find a suitable car at the right price to pull the trigger. This decision was respected by my salesman Jonathan Murphy. On my third visit I had a little more motivation but was not going to just buy any car at any price. There were 6 cars that fit the criteria, Together we drilled that down to the One. I took it for a test drive and home to the wife to give the final approval on. She said yes after driving it around the block. I drove the car back and sat down with Jonathon and we struck up a deal with CJs (the Managers)approval and support that was very fair from a standpoint of my trade in and the price of the Dodge Citadel that I purchased. During my time at Briggs all the salesman and Zach the finance manager were very friendly and courteous. Everything was explained, respect was always shown and no pressure was ever applied. As we all know purchasing a car can be stressful and sometimes downright painful if the wrong individuals are involved. This was by far my best car purchasing experience ever and I’m 62. Thank you Jonathon Murphy, CJ Kadavy and Monty Williams who helped me Pair my phone and understand all the technology and all the Bells and Whistles the car had to offer. This walk through took 20 minutes and was very thorough and professional. Monty’s knowledge of this vehicle exceeded all expectations. Thank you to everyone at Briggs. A shout out for Mr Briggs who ultimately runs the show, your leadership was noticed and valued. Thank you Colin
