If I could rate baron with a negative rate I would. From the start ther service was poor at best. I was told my repair would be two weeks and actually took closer to ten weeks The only communication I got from baron would be when I reached out for information on how my car was progressing. Time after time I was told it would be next week or was given an excuse as to why they failed on finishing the job. I would not recommend this place to anybody. When I finally was able to get my car i was told some bizarre story about only having two Iugnuts on each tire. I checked my pictures I took in their parking lot when I dropped it off to be fixed and I clearly was not missing any lugnuts. I have no idea why I was told such a bizarre lie but am glad to be done with them. My advice would be to go somewhere else.

Let me start off by saying that this is my first ever review of a company. I felt obligated to share my experience and hopefully other people will take note. I took my car to Baron to get my bumper and fog light replaced, of note there was no structural damage and the parts were pre-ordered and had arrived before my car was dropped off. From day one this was the worst experience. There was zero communication from anyone throughout the process. I had to call multiple times for any status update. After my car had been there 3 days I called twice but I was given the run around. I finally drove by the shop and found my car in the same position I dropped it off in with no work done. I was then told that my bumper was "in line to go in the paint shop". This all was very frustrating. Why is it necessary for me to drop off my car and pay money for a rental car if no work is actually being done to my car? Could you not have communicated this and had me drop the car off at a later date? One week later I called once again to get a status update. The work had been done to my car but they were waiting to get the car detailed...two days later I called back and it still wasn't ready! They were still waiting to get it detailed. I was very frustrated as you can imagine and requested to speak to a manager. Manager Chris told me that there are 230 vehicles on the lot. After I voiced my frustration about paying for a rental car he said, "doesn't your insurance pay for that?" As a matter a fact they cover a small portion of that and, also, that is not any of your concern. Your concern should solely be fixing my car with quality, in a timely fashion and with clear communication. I would think twice before sending my car to Baron Collision Center. As for me, I will never send another vehicle to Baron and will gladly give my negative review to anyone who asks or is considering Baron.

I'd like to begin my review by expressing sincere appreciation for the front office staff at Baron BMW Collision Center. Their professionalism and friendly nature are truly a standout, going above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. However, the same cannot be said about the center's overall communication and service efficiency. Despite the warm reception, the experience was unfortunately marred by a severe lack of communication. The task of obtaining updates on the status of my vehicle was an uphill battle, often met with uninformed responses or, worse, no response at all. An example included a voicemail I received saying Baron would not be able to receive my car on their lot however the car had arrived three days prior. For a center of this caliber, one would expect seamless communication and regular updates, especially considering the reputation of the BMW brand. Moreover, the time it took for an estimate to reach my insurance company was more than disappointing; it took over a week. This inefficiency not only put a pause on the repair process but also caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. It felt as though my concerns were sidelined in the hustle of their operations, which is an aspect they seriously need to reassess. The Baron BMW Collision Center undoubtedly has potential, but the glaring issues in communication and procedural delays cast a long shadow over their otherwise competent front office staff. I hope they take this feedback constructively and make necessary improvements. For now, the customer experience unfortunately doesn't match the high expectations associated with the BMW name.

I was involved in a rear end collision and took my car into Baron Collision Center. This shop is first class! They go above and beyond to make sure all of your questions are answered. Their employees are very professional and informative. Was very impressed with Chris' knowledge of my Acura MDX and what needed to be done to repair it. Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs auto repair!!

In April our vehicle was damaged by debris from the road and damaged the grille and the distance sensor on the front of our vehicle. We received the estimate and were told some of the parts (sensor) were on back order and we would have to wait. One month later (May) the same vehicle was rear ended on the highway and we had to get a new estimate. The car was no longer drivable without repair. We left it with Baron since they did have the parts to get it drivable again. It was in the shop for 30 days, all while we were paying for a rental car. It ends up they had fixed the vehicles rear bumper within a few days and were just holding the vehicle waiting for the missing part. I had to call to get the vehicle back so we could stop paying for the rental. Every month after I reached out because no one from Baron was keeping us updated. Eventually (in October) I asked if they would fix the grille so the car would look fixed while we continued to wait for the last part. They agreed to do the fix. I asked how long they would need so I could schedule the repair to work around our schedule. They told us two days would be more than enough time. On the second day two hours before they close I called for an update. The update "they recalibrated the sensor (it was never broken) and it won't be done in time". We waited the whole weekend and an extra day to get our vehicle. They had our vehicle for two estimate inspections plus 30 days and they never considered testing the sensor to see if it actually needed replaced. They were terrible communicators and I had to force their hands to get the vehicle fixed. We will never use Baron again and we told our insurance to remove them as a "preferred repair location".

Baron completed body work and painted the hood of my BMW and blend the paint on the front end so it all matched as it is a tri coat color. They did an amazing job from start to finish. They kept in touch with us during this entire process. Great customer service and quality work. I would highly recommend this company.

I have worked with this company twice now and really appreciate the hard work they put into my vehicle. Just picked up my vehicle a few days ago and it was worked on due to it being stolen. They did an amazing job fixing everything up! It was a process due to a back order of parts but of course no fault of the company. I highly recommend them as it’s all around great customer service.

Great service and they are very organized. They kept me up to date on repair progress via text and email as well as scheduled me when they had everything needed so I was not without my car for long. I highly recommend using Baron Collision.
