I couldn't afford a new muffler from Nissan and Eric gave me a quote half the cost. He also got me in the next day. Took me to work and picked me up. And it ended up costing LESS than he quoted. Professional, honest, and very kind. I appreciate Eric and his staff!
I work for another repair shop. We had someone bring their vehicle in that had used this shop to have the motor redone on their truck. They purchased remanufactured heads and had a rebuild done. When we received the vehicle there was still a warranty on those heads, however the shop refused to honor the warranty in spite of the fact they were improperly installed which caused damage to the new heads. Would not recommend.
