Miss Smith - I can understand that you are not happy that the car your son was going to purchase from someone was secured by our office , however the car was secured for the legal lienholder that has ZERO to do with YOU or your son , I have heard the nasty messages you have left my staff, you have been told we can NOT talk to you or deal with you on this matter FEDERAL PRIVACY LAWS are in place for a reason, but thank you for leaving us a 1 - star review for us doing our jobs and following the law- Maybe next time before your son goes to buy a car, might want to make sure the person your buying from isnt out for repo - We do wish you and your son best of luck !!!!!!

Out if all of the towing services I've used this one was the most unpleasant. You can expect them to be about 20 minutes late from lunch when you try to call so make sure it's before 12 or after 1:30pm. I understand the woman at the front desk is probably used to dealing with unpleasant customers because she was rude from the moment she answered the phone was even more crude when I asked questions about the fees I was required and prepared to pay and then hung up the phone with me before I was able to thank her for the help. I thought going to pick up my vehicle would turn out better. It wasn't terrible the transaction was smooth. I had to sign 3 papers and they only accept cash which is fine. I did think it was ridiculous to have to schedule an appointment for the next day for something that took less than 5 minutes. I think that might be part of how they make money, forcing people to wait longer and pay lot fees. It is what it is, but the woman was very rude once again and didn't even walk me out to my vehicle just gave me the keys and sent me on my way. The services are standard but the customer service is what really puts this place at a low quality business. Possibly they could offer more customer service training to their employees so everyone can have a better experience in the future. I can see from these other reviews that some people have also experienced customer service issues here. Until then I recommend going with a different company. The other locations have great ratings but this one is just not it.

I am sorry you feel that way , however please note YOU did not use our towing services , we are NOT a towing service , we are REPOSSESSION company , our office also requires EVERYONE to set an appointment , said appointments are done in 30 min slots, so depending on when we received authorized to release your vehicle vs what other appointments have already been scheduled , we do NOT delay releasing vehicles to get a extra $10-15 - and last 99.99999% of people who find themselves having to deal with this type of situation are NEVER happy , but we do , do our jobs

I am confused on how you deemed us to be unprofessional and "trash" ?? Our office didn't leave your vehicle with no fuel ?? that would be how your vehicle was secured from you , we do not fill up your fuel tank when you pick your vehicle back up , sorry there must have been some confusion there , and if our office somehow lost your license plate screws , feel free to reach out to our office and we would be glad to give you a new set free of charge of course - Thank you

The company stole the money we had in our vehicle and denies ever seeing any money inside the car. The employees were also extremely rude over the phone. Specifically the employee named “Shelly” or “Shelby”.

I am sorry to hear of this claim , however I do not see where you filled out a complaint form with our office so that our office could dig into this matter and get answers ?? I can assure you the staff here has zero desire to steal ANYTHING , yes even money , also our entire office / lot has recorded cameras that cover every single aspect of our office / lot inside and out , so if you would like to fill out a complaint form , I would be more than happy to go back and pull all the videos from the time your vehicle was secured until the time it left our facility !!!

The lady's that answers the phones don't remember names but the are really rude to me and my wife! they are basically refusing give me my car after paying to much money to get and can't be refunded if those ladies don't like their job or don't know how to do their job they need to find something else to do!

As you were clearly advised we can NOT release a vehicle back to anyone until YOUR lender sends us the required release , if we do NOT have the required release , then we can NOT set you a appointment to release your vehicle back to you , this was explained a couple times

The girl at the front desk is very unprofessional and rude…. We drove over a hour to get our vehicle and upon arrival approximately 40 minutes early she instructed us that we would have to wait because she had a appointment before us… nobody anywhere to be seen…. Then was told we couldn’t utilize their waiting area….

I am sorry to hear about your recent visit , I did look into this for you and did find that your scheduled appointment was set for 4pm and you arrived at 3pm, what you didnt see when you left our office to come back at your appointment time was the 2 other scheduled appointments who showed up at their time slot to conduct their business , we are unable to have people wait in the waiting area due to Federal Privacy laws , just like we would not allow someone else to wait in our office at your scheduled appointment time to hear and observe you conducting your business with our office - Again I am sorry to hear you feel our office staff acted unprofessional and we wish you the best
