Updating my review from 2021. When I originally bought the car it was a seamless process. Now when I go to get general oil changes and maintenance on it they are trying to upsell me on cabin filters, coolant flushes, etc. When I got there they said they wouldn't be able to replace the door latch even though they had weeks in advance. Of course they are able to replace the brake hoses. Today they told me they wouldn't rotate the tires because the front tires were worn down and they were not like that because they have less than 30k miles on the tires. They attempted to sell me two new tires for over $400.00 and we're very shady about it. I will be glad to change my own oil, rotate my own tires, and replace my own tires because this whole process is a pain. The only easy part was picking up a rental. I will be calling shortly. Because none of this makes sense.
