Had follow-up minor problem with molding around wheel well from front end repair fro 2 years ago. Brought it in to see what they could do and they ordered parts and took care of issue with no charge and great service. My only concern was in their “new” system just installed old records were lost or extremely difficult to locate which could impact warranty work but their attitude and customer service mindset I believe will overcome their system obstacles.

Called to say my truck was done, but the rear back up sensors do not work. Kyle told me it would be a couple days to get the another part (wiring harness) it's been a week no part no call. I've called him and was able to get ahold of him 1 time. The people at the office said they will get ahold of him to call me back 2 times and still no call. Call for action will be my next call. Phenomenal service! From the front desk to the mechanics and managers- they were all very helpful, kind and professional. They kept me up to date on my repair progress, communicated well and did a great job on the car. They even cleaned the whole inside, so definitely above and beyond service here.

Crash Champions was chosen by my auto insurance. It is a modern and spectacular facility. My car was not completed by the original due date. It took an additional two weeks. My insurance company supplied me with a rental car, so being late was not a big issue for me. They did an outstanding job with my car. Looks new again. My car is a 2020 Kia Forte. If you own a Kia, be sure to take it to a dealer to get the anti theft software installed. My Kia was stolen and abandoned. Roughly $7K in damages. I had to change my review because they made an unauthorized charge to my wife's credit card. I had changed my days off twice to pick the car up, but they pushed the completion date back. Finally, the third time that we could pick it up. They were closed on Labor Day like everyone else. We pick it up after Labor Day. Without notice, they charge our credit for additional rental days. They left old parts in my console and did not properly clean my car. My car had less than 19k miles, and they did not detail my interior. My car was like new. My interior should have been properly cleaned and detailed.

I want to personally thank Lauren from Crash Champions for giving me a ride home, she did not have to do this but she did and I want her to know I really appreciated it. Her calm demeanor and knowledge about cars were phenomenal, I felt at ease after our discussion and look forward to the next steps of getting my car fixed. Ended up having brakes changed here which had an issue on the install. To be fair it was an honest mistake that could have been done anywhere. Without hesitation, the team made it right and paid for the full bill of getting them re-done - even at a nearby shop where I was able to get in quicker. We all make honest mistakes every day but the fact that they were willing to make it right so quick without argument, is huge to me, especially in this industry. I have a lot of respect for how they handled it, as they’d always done great work and were willing to stand by their mistake and even put their money up to fix it. Thank you to all involved!

THANK YOU! Everyone is so kind helpful and friendly at Crash Champions Shawnee. My car looked new inside and outside....they cleaned my car and I took it home better than it was when it went to them. Yes there was a delay on pick up date but I received communication regarding that which is a plus! Iam very happy with a job well done Crash champions!
