They helped me out a lot with the problem with my van. I was staying at a nearby State Park when my van started making a bad noise. I reached out to this shop and not only did they fix the problem but they also helped me find a good tow company. And someone to pick me up from the park when the van was fixed and get me to their shop which is 31 miles away to pick up my van! Keep up the good work!

After visiting my Aunt and Uncle in Phoenix, our car would be due for a routine oil/filter change on the way home. I checked the reviews of KIA dealerships within a 300 mile radius of Witchita and found them all less than trustworthy. Looking into independent shops I discovered many that praised KND for their help while folks were traveling. I used the Google chat feature to ask about an appointment 6 days later on a Saturday, and received quick efficient replies for exactly what we needed. We planned our trip for a stay at the (top notch) Comfort Suites in Liberal, KS. Upon arrival at KND the next morning, we were greeted in our car and directed to a service bay. At this point I took a few minutes to explain that, even though I saw no signs and the crankcase was still full, our dealership at home said that there was an oil pan gasket leak bad enough to lose 2 qts before the last oil change. I also told the mechanic that I had taken our car to a 2nd shop for a brief confirmation of said leaking pan gasket. We had no sooner sat down in the cozy office/lounge area when the mechanic, Aiden, and his helper popped in from the shop to wonder why anyone said there was a serious leak, when the oil was clean and full after 5,000 miles and I hadn't added any oil. I said that I was suspicious of the actions and/or motives of McDonald KIA of Saginaw, MI, after my observations as well. The two went back to work and a short time later Aiden came back in to wait area and showed me photographic evidence that it was in fact, not the oil pan but, the rear main crankshaft seal leaking. He went on to reassure us that, while we should keep an eye on it, it was so minor that it should not worry us; at least for the 1,400-mile trip home. It is totally appropriate that Aiden and the rest of the crew at KND Transmission and Auto Mechanics deserve the reviews speaking of Generosity, Professionalism, Honesty, Mechanical Knowledge, Fairness, Kindness and Efficiency. Thank you, Aiden and KND, for being a Beacon of Light in a world that is often not so bright these days.

I needed to write this a while back. 12/29/2023 The final weekend of 2023 I was headed to New Mexico from Illinois and stopped in Liberal KS on Friday night. Got up early on Saturday morning to leave and ,my truck would not start (turned out to be fuel pump) I contacted KND and they were not planning on opening that weekend due to it being New Years Eve weekend. They told me to go ahead and tow it in, which I did and they spent most of the day on Saturday fixing the truck. We did luck out that NAPA had the only fuel pump in town for my truck. I was extremely impressed after getting the bill. They spent from 10:30 am until after 5 PM (2 guys) working on the truck and the bill was way cheaper than I expected for a holiday that they were going to be closed. I have found a New place just to stop and say hi on my travels back and forth. Really nice people and the customer comes first!!

Traveled on highway 54 not far from liberal city my truck broke down (transmission) , a tow truck brought me to this place said this guy knows his stuff ,had to wait till monday morning to talk with him and he was willing and did a great job fixing it , he could have told us no cause he had tons of work , but he decided to help us , great mechanic
