Went in for an evaluation for an insurance claim. It was a short wait and then they came and got me to go over what they found. Easy explanations, and I had a report in my hand minutes after. We then found out we had to go through the insurance of the people that hit us so couldn't use McCarthy for the repairs.

Everyone at McCarthy has been super helpful and professional. The work they did turned out great. I will come back if I need repair work done again on any of our vehicles.

So my car was stolen back in November, once I got it back I started doing my homeworker. McCarthy Collision had wonderful customer reviews and had glowing recommendations from my insurance company. The individuals working on my car from start to finish were truly wonderful. Regular updates and did everything they could to get my car back in the best condition possible, more important they made my car look better than ever. I even got a little misty eyed when I saw how great my car looked and how great it ran, would definitely recommend them 1000 times over and fully intend to use their services again in the future should I need it. Dropped my 2023 GMC Denali off for hale repair. Took most a month due to parts shortage caused by UAW strike and holiday. Communication was very good kept me up to date on status of repairs. Repairs turned out perfect.

Took 15 days to paint and replace a part that is a cover to vehicle, do not need it to drive. Then did not address extra concerns initially which took more time to wait on glass guy. Charged $99 to reconnect defrost to rear window (which failed by them 2 times prior). Picked up vehicle and rear wiper on stick was engaged and not working. They take no responsibility. Did not drop off in rain so no reason to have on. Was told glass guy tested rear defrost which means he was in vehicle to do so and they washed my vehicle as well so they could have left it on then. Only suggestions was for me to have them look at it. I feel set up. Do not reccomend.
