Thank you guys for helping my daughter with her tire! Unfortunately I’m 1000 miles away, and was unable to help her this morning when she got a flat tire on her way to work. She said you guys were more than helpful and professional the whole way! Plus you got her in and out so fast! I appreciate your help, thank you again!

Paul's Complete Auto Care is top-notch! I've trusted him with two of my personal cars and my wife's vehicle, and each time the experience was outstanding. Paul and his crew are transparent about their work, explain the 'why' behind each service, and have been instrumental in guiding me on maintenance priorities. I wholeheartedly recommend Paul to friends and family. It's a Grade A business, and I wouldn't consider taking my cars anywhere else!

I had the good fortune of reaching out to Paul's Complete Auto Care on August 15th regarding a repair I thought my car needed. Not only did the owner work me without an appointment on the day I called, he also took the time to educate me regarding what my car needed. Turns out my car didn't need a repair after at all. He could have easily taken advantage of me but did not. Paul's Complete Auto Care landed a lifetime customer in me that day.

Unfortunately I've had multiple bad experiences with this shop. I recently dropped off my 1991 Toyota MR2 because the battery was not charging. I paid for their 30.00 electronic diagnosis. They told me that it was the alternator and their price was a little high but fair enough. I tried messing with some other shops like Midas but I ended up looking at the car myself, which I didn't want to do because I was trying to save some time. After looking at the car it ended up only being a two dollar fuse that was broken so they do not diagnosed fuses that had popped between the battery and the alternator. Nothing was ever wrong with the alternator, so in their electronic check they don't even check fuses on the cars anymore. Had another bad experience with the shop where I dropped off a 2008 Jeep Liberty with a tick in the engine. Dropped it off to the shop and was basically told that it pretty much guaranteed needs a complete new engine. Ended up looking at it with a mechanic friend of mine and after about an hour of diagnosing it, it was just a broken rocker arm that was about a $50 part and maybe a couple hours of Labor. After calling them out on this they say they don't really dive deep into diagnosing engines. I find that a little weird that mechanics nowadays don't dive deep into fixing engines. But you shouldn't have told me the engine was unrepairable and maybe recommended taking it to a different mechanic that would dive deeper in. I've been told shops don't do that kind of work before but you should be upfront with that. No one's willing to take any accountability in this shop. And unfortunately their interfacing with customers is not the greatest. The jeep was the first car I dropped off and I tried to give him a second shot with the MR2 because it's a shop nearby me. Was not helpful or apologetic whatsoever I was called a liar and was basically told I'm an idiot.
