I've been a customer at Midas for years they do good work but when Zach isn't working things just don't go smooth with the assist.Lucas I've seen customers come in lately and ask for Zach or prefer to come back when Zach is at the shop I understand that you have to give people a chance but don't leave the customers waiting if you know that your car won't be ready the same day there have been times where I have to remind Lucas did he order a part for my car by that time the day is almost over and it's late for the part to come in and I'm stuck with out transportation and have to use Uber to get to work know and I'm still have to remind Lucas I'm a customer not a parts person for example I'm getting my fuel pump replaced I had to remind him did he also order a gasket that sits around the fuel assembly hangers I'm just a customer not a parts person

My kids had a blow out on the interstate in below zero temps, after some unfortunate events, we ended up towing to dealership for overnight. They didn’t have a tire in stock so we had to find someone else that could change it. Called Midas and talked to Zach. He went above and beyond. He was able to go to the dealership and pick up the vehicle for me, saving me a four hour round-trip back to Kansas City. Very thankful for their customer service.

Midas is the place to go! They have a great staff who cares about there customers, I was extremely thankful when one of the employees tried to help me AFTER HOURS.. SO KUDOS to the front desk employee who opened the doors, stopped what he was doing and tried to get my tire fixed. I will most definitely be coming back, THANK YOU!!!
