This is one well oil operation from the estimate process to the time for repair and the quality to detail. While this was a 3hr drive to get the work done I wouldn’t take my Rivian anywhere else. Aside from a small hiccup on the date of completion my case was handled well. I was treated with respect and once that glitch in the Matrix was resolved my car was returned to me in what may have been a cleaner state than when it was delivered new from the dealer! The repair work was excellent, and the attention shown by Mark Eveland (co-owner of the business) upon learning of the mix-up was exceptional. This is not the first time I have had to use Eveland Brothers for service - if the unfortunate need were to arise again, I will return without hesitation.

Highly highly recommend. Car looks brand new. Everything done at the highest level. Worked with my insurance to ensure that only new OEM parts were installed. They would not accept any used parts in my car which insurance initially accepted. They even included my ppf reinstall. Excellent at communication. The front desk people were extremely nice as well.

It took a long time to get my car fixed, but the job they did was great!
