Had my car towed and frantically went in to pick it up, the woman who helped me get it back was so kind, even after my roommate almost hit her in the parking lot 😂 She helped me make sure my apartment lot sticker was in a more visible place, gave me tips to avoid getting towed in the future, and was completely understanding of my situation. It’s hard to have a positive experience when you get towed but I truly feel like my experience was great. It was an excellent experience, and if I ever do get towed again I hope it’s by Lighthouse.
