This company charges an outrageous price for towing less than 2 miles. They also tow student vehicles from places not marked. The lady who answered the phone was rude and hung up. Then would not answer. My sons car was towed from a parking spot not marked near his apt in Lawrence. It was over 100 degrees on Sunday and we were told to go to the lot and the driver would be there when he finished a job. When asked how long because of the temp outside she didn’t reply. I called back over 30 times to either have her pick up the phone and immediately hang up or not answering at all. I sent text saying I needed to know an approx time frame and no reply. Finally she picked up the phone and said the driver is on his way and hung up. Horrible company and they should be out of business.
