Nick & Jeremy helped me, and I was truly taken aback by the level of care and concern they gave telling me about my faulty brakes. They went above and beyond in every way and were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and maybe most importantly in today’s world, they were incredibly genuine and kind. They definitely deserve raises, Jiffy Lube. I’ll be back!!

Super great personnel. This group was on the ball. The place was packed with 2 lanes of cars 6 deep, but they got everybody in and out in no time at all. My whole waiting time seemed to be less than 10 mins (but it was it really longer) because they had whole teams working on cars, but 2 particular fellas would work on a car, then come talk to all of us in line individually to let us know what's going on, multiple times. That one small action reduced customer's anxiety and impatience before anyone got mad about wait times and blew their stack. Very nice team, gals and guys alike. This is my new Go-To Jiffy Lube. I LOVE THIS LOCATION!!

Oil was low so I added some but knew car needed an oil change etc. Went to Jiffy Lube two days later. Three minutes of it being back there I was told oil dip stick was broken. Of course acted like they found it that way. Ended up going to dealership and paying too much. Don't trust this place with your vehicle.

Randy and the dudes were awesome. I was past due for an oil change and they got me in quick and accommodated me having my baby with me. They understood my financial situation, offered services, and didn't try to pressure me when I declined certain extras. Too often mechanics feel like sales sharks and that was not these guys. I have never taken this car in to Jiffy Lube before, but the place I usually go was booked out. I’ll definitely be back though, thanks y’all!

Got my oil changed a at Midas since Jiffy would not honor their coupon they posted even though it says it expires December 31st plastic guy who answered the phone was not too pleasant. I was very pleased with Midas.
