These guys always do excellent work and are easy to work with. We have had both of our vehicles in their care multiple times and have always been happy with the results. Ron is without a doubt the guy I would want running my shop if I owned one. He is the best communicator and goes out of his way to make sure things go as smoothly as possible. He also follows up to make sure that we are satisfied with the end results. He has earned our trust. If you want to work with people who care about you, care about your circumstances, and actually know how to do proper body work, then go to Dale's. If you don't care what your car looks like and you want it back tomorrow, then go somewhere else. That is exactly what you will get. I know, I have been there.

We took my mom's car in after a deer ran into the side of it. The work done was excellent. They communicated well with us. Could not be happier, they were fantastic about giving us an estimate, working within that, and dealing with insurance when needed. I was so happy with them that I ended up bringing my own vehicle in for an estimate and am taking it to them next week for some work. They go above and beyond and they will get all of our business from here on out. Cannot recommend highly enough! A++++

Ron at Dale’s Body Shop Paola was amazing. He went above and beyond when it came to my vehicle. We took my car here after my husband hit a deer. He kept in constant contact with our insurance company and us. Making sure everything was handled attentively and in a timely manner. There was a quick turn around, and even after the repair I had a few concerns which were handled promptly by Ron . Now my car looks better than it did before. Excellent work, real attention to detail. Made my semi look as good if not better than when new. Ron, Scott and Travis were very informative and accommodating and worked hard to get me back on the road ASAP. Will use this shop from here on.

So far so good. They came and got my baby on Tuesday. Hopefully have an eta of how long they will have it. What a fabulous group of guys. They did everything possible to get my poor baby fixed and fixed correctly. She looks better than I ever could have imagined. The blending was beautiful then had some custom done on my shaker. Gave Scott a pic of what I was going with and then let him go with it. What an amazing job. Paola is the town to go to for dodge dealership/ dodge service and now the body shop that ROCKS!!!! Took her to a car show in the rain and won a plaque! First time ever Thanks Ron and Scott and everyone else that helped on my baby and treasured her as much as I do.

I went to four different body/paint shops before finding Dales. I got a quote the same day. I would highly recommend their services. The paint on my H1 Hummer came out flawless. Thanks go out to Ron and the guys at Dales in Paola.
