This week was my SUV, that was hit with hail. Rental car experience was excellent, B Street had me picked up within moments of dropping off my car and even returned without me having to do it. My car was clean and better than I expected. Did I mention they completed all the work 10 days ahead of their projected date??? Back again with hail damage to one of two vehicles they are fixing. PDR work was spot on. They finished ahead of time and did all the leg work with the insurance company. Fabulous facility! I was recommended to B Street by my commercial auto policy and am so thankful. The front staff had my vehicle in and repaired before the insurance company even called back. Very grateful for all their assistance. I have a few personal things I want done so they will be my only place to go to.

I had a pleasant experience from start to finish at B Street. They answered all my questions and provided frequent updates in between with current status of the repair. They do great work and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great collision center. Everyone from the receptionist to the technicians were helpful.

These guys are awesome! Seriously awesome. I'm telling you. After my experience I'd never go anywhere else! They were professional as can be. They kept me up to date on what was going on with my vehicle and when consistently all the way through the process. They made the process incredibly easy and we're good about sharing their knowledge with me when I asked any questions. They got everything done on time and within the timeline they said they would. 5 star service guys. I highly recommend this place! Big thank you to Bret, Nick and Eric!! You guys were fantastic.
