Do NOT take your vehicle here if you want your insurance to cover the repair and honor your rental car coverage. After being hit by a deer, my vehicle was in the shop for over 3 months. McCarthy would not/did not submit the paperwork needed to my insurance (despite my requests and the request of my insurance company) to show they were trying to get parts. So, my insurance wouldn’t pay for the rental! I am an elementary school teacher - I can’t afford to be out that much money. My insurance company and I have made numerous phone calls to try to resolve this and no one will help. Go somewhere else for repairs!
