Good service

Brought vehicle in because of noise in the front end. Happens every time braking in forward and reverse. When I picked it up I was told the alignment was off. I asked about the noise and was told exactly this. Yeah I heard it once bit not again, sometimes those things need to break in order to find out what is making the noise. Everything on the suspension is in good condition. 2 weeks later the noise is really noticeable now. I don't have a clue where to take my vehicle because from what I am told no one in Liberal Kansas are any good. Really bummed out. I couldn't give minus stars so I had to do 1

I need more than 5 stars!!! I thought I needed an alignment but turns out I just needed a new tire! They found me a tire immediately and even fixed my skid plate! Very friendly and incredibly helpful!

Can't speak high enough of this place. I brought my car in because of a break issue. Since I had them done less than a year ago at Midas when I lived in New York they were able to work with the Midas that did my breaks in New York who then covered the cost of the rotors. I've never had a problem here and it's much closer than driving to the nearest dealership.

Would give them 100 stars if I could! My partner and I got into a minor car accident during our cross-country move, during which we got a flat tire on my new Jeep. Turned out the Jeep had security lugs on the tires and the dealership had sold me the vehicle without the key, so we had no way to change the tire and neither did anyone in town. After hours of calling several towing companies and tire shops, Safety Lanes was recommended to us by one of the guys from a local tire shop. I damn near cried when Jacob walked into the waiting area of the shop holding the security lugs in his hands. Not only did they get the job done that no one else could, but they got us in within an hour of us calling them for help, worked quickly, and charged us fairly. If this is the kind of treatment they give to out-of-towners just passing through, I can only imagine the hospitality, kindness, and quality service they provide to their regular customers. Absolutely could not recommend them enough!

Called Jacob on a Wednesday. Got an appointment for Friday and an estimate on the repairs needed. Dropped the car off and it was done with in a few hours. Cost was with in one cent of the estimate! One issue: their closing over the lunch hour isn't posted; received the call about repairs being complete between 10 and 11. No mention of the closing by the lady making the call. I consider that to be important information to share with a customer who brings a car in for repairs and might need to arrange for a return ride, not knowing how long the repairs might take and when we'd need to return. After procuring a ride to pick the car up, arrived 15 minutes after they closed for lunch. Terribly hot day and 45 minutes isn't really long enough to accomplish any other errands. Sat and waited in case anyone returned to open up early. But Jacob got the door open right at 1 sharp! He got us checked out quickly. Appreciate the service, just need to tweak the communication.
