I took my truck to victory ford service to have my sunroof glass replaced and block heater chord replaced. Repairs took about a week which I thought was pretty reasonable. I inspected the sunroof functionality and the heater chord install prior to paying my invoice, everything looked good. When I got on the interstate I noticed a loud air noise coming from the engine bay on acceleration. Took it back to the dealer and explained that it didn’t make this noise before. The service manager admitted to test driving the vehicle, state “I heard the noise, but thought you modified your turbos”. They kept the truck another day and discovered that an air line removed for the heater chord replacement had not been reinstalled correctly. Very frustrating that the problem was noticed and just completely overlooked especially by the manager of the service department.

Terrible, complete rip off... charged me $240 to do nothing and to just tell me exactly what I told them the issues was, and to tell me a ridiculous price to fix it. I took it somewhere else and the repairs were 1/2 the amount they quoted me.

Service was about an hour for multiple services BUT they will upcharge you without telling you the cost(which I understand is partially my fault.) To put it in perspective, I came in for an oil change and after everything they told me I “should” do(I am not a mechanic, I am a simple person who wants to take care of my car so I trusted them), my bill was over $400. All I’m saying is to be sure to ask the price before agreeing to anything extra. And also, the associate had no personality at all. Kind of “bleh, I hate my job and you should get this extra.” I am usually very trusting of them but that particular visit made me second guess their integrity.. and not a big deal but they usually wash your car after service but this time they didn’t (which tells me they don’t care about the customer). I’m not saying don’t come here, just saying get all the information you can and be weary.
