My appointment was at 10. I dropped the car off early and they had it inside before I l eft the parking lot. Friendly.

Tim is the one of the nicest people you can ask questions, He does what he says he is going to do, they even showed me videos of what they were doing to the car so that I could understand what was happening before they fixed it 😀
This is my second time using Parkway for repairs. (Front in axle and water pump replacement). Great work, and I was able to get my car in for repair and return on the same day. The cost was reasonable too! Employees are very helpful when you ask questions and address your concerns.

We were visiting family, and the alternator went out on our van. Tim and his team got us in and replaced it in a timely manner and guaranteed their work. They helped make our holidays a little better by taking care of our van!
