RUN DON'T WALK FROM THIS PLACE! 1) Brought it in Sunday for Monday repair on a latch. 2) Was "too busy to get to it until Tuesday" 3) Originally "we know Chevy Tahoes and it won't need a part" 4) Fixed the latch but it won't lock--needs a $487 part plus labor 5) Full part online for $108 from PartsGeek 6) Called owner to discuss and he was bewildered--never had a call like this before--well, yes you have check your reviews 7) Paid the bill to get my car--$238. Only thing they did was put in a part SUPPLIED BY ME--a quick change out of the driver side rear view mirror. AFTER they said the glass was $475 and they couldn't use my part. Well, 2 1/2 hours later after going to Pick-n-Pull, I found a good used one for $100. Called them and miraculously they put the part I supplied in. More wasted time. Beware!

This facility has worked on four of my vehicles over the years, providing excellent service. So much so, that I referred family here. During the parts shortage, Bosserts brought parts in from all over the country so cars could get back on the road as as soon as possible. This kind of dedicated service is hard to come by today. Last year I purchased an SUV the business that has performed flawlessly. Highly recommended!

Dropped my car off a week and a half ago for some body repairs. I am more than pleased with the job they have done!! Not only did they fix what needed to be fixed but they also touched up some other small scratches and detailed her!
