I had the pleasure of working with this place a few weeks ago. I initially contacted customer service about my transmission and received an instant reply via text. I was so pleased from the start. And although we did not get the chance to do business (my Tahoe needed a new transmission that we had to get from the dealer) the level of customer service I received was phenomenal. I mean. These guys could’ve given us the run around and taken our money and we wouldn’t have known any better. Instead, he was honest, hardworking and knowledgeable in referring us to the dealer. I will be forever grateful.
