Don's car Care were instead of just doing the repair job, they insist that you have a custom paint job over the entire vehicle. They even mention metallic green paint as a preferred choice which would limit your buyer's market big time and devalue your trade. There's also hippies that work there & I really don't care for the company of hippies. Us war heroes are aware of your company's profiteering practices and find them very unacceptable.

Absolutely horrible experience & service!

I was involved in a relatively small accident that damaged the rear quarter of my Chrysler Town and Country van, requiring replacement of my rear bumper cover, taillight assembly, and some sheet metal repair. Don's Car Care worked with my insurance and got started within just a few days. They sent me periodic updates and completed the work in a fair amount of time. I am very happy with the results. Don's Car Care is a well established and trusted business that has served the Hutchinson area for years. I highly recommend giving them a call if you accidentally need their services!

Great people, honest and do excellent work!

We took our Kia Sedona for repair after hitting a deer. A couple weeks went by after the estimate and they called us to go ahead and bring the van in. We rented a vehicle and dropped the van off, after 3 days they called us back to tell us they actually had parts for a Kia Soul, not a Sedona. So we had to pick up our van still damaged and also had a bill from the rental place for the vehicle we rented. Dons said they’d deduct that cost from the price of the repairs they were to make. Only they never repaired our van. Six months later we ended up just trading the van in, never repaired by them, I asked them to refund the rental costs since we rented for nothing but they refused. Terrible service.

They took 14 months to repaint my car and they chargeme 3000.00more and change the labor rate and didn't tell me! That wasn't honest the job was supposed to take 3 months! I was so unhappy
