Went here to get repairs done via an insurance claim. Initial issues with them getting an estimate going, then lots of finger pointing at the insurance company when it clearly was lack of knowledge on their end. Can't ever get anyone on the phone. They continue to act very dismissive of our concers and try blaming insurance company. Insurance claims rep was calling and leaving them messages and not getting returned correspondence. Service technicians aren't aware of obvious issues. Customer service is poor. Will never return here with a vehicle needing service.
