The guy I worked with was prompt kind and courteous and when I described my issue he gave it his best effort when he wasn't able to be confident in his diagnosis he admitted it. Any Yahoo can act like they know everything, it takes someone who knows what they're doing to know when they're out of their scope. Completely satisfied.

Took my vehicle in for some tedious work. FSG was able to get me all fixed up in a timely manner, and on a Sunday! Great quality service and great communication! I can not thank Trent Smith enough for fixing my car. It sounds amazing & is driving brand new! He had to drop my engine & the amount of work he has put into my car I just can’t say enough good things about him & his hard work! Had them come and replace serpentine belt that was twisted and shredded in the pulley. He had it fixed and vehicle running in 30 minutes. Excellent, efficient, very professional and affordable. Would highly recommend

No integrity. I took my car to Full send for a power steering pump replacement. what was supposed to be a 1 hr job took 3 days. He broke a pully to remove the pump and charged me for another one. then proceeded to instal the new one backwards forcing him to break that one as well. he did not charge me for a third so i thought that was nice. When i finally got the car back i had it for 3 hours before my engine belt was torn to shreds because he in fact did not get 3rd pully. he just reinstalled the damaged one. i was hoping he wouldn't do that and tried to find different reasons why it may have happened and spoke to experts at multiple locations and was told repeatedly the damage could have only been caused during the assembly. He refused to take responsibility for it. he did offer to refund the money for the part but not the labor. He's a nice guy but will clearly take advantage of you given the chance. And to be so clearly responsible for the damage and not admit to it shows low integrity. cheap is not always worth it folks. you get what you pay for. check before you pay anything. lesson learned.

Just got an aftermarket exhaust system installed on my Alfa Romeo Giulia. Trenton installed the exahust system in proper time even with a setback created by the exhaust manufacturer. Extremely reasonably priced as well. Couldn't recommend this place anymore for your auto needs! 10/10

My car broke down just outside of Inman with a couple of damaged belts. Trent (and his wife) came to the rescue on a SUNDAY morning and saved my trip into town for graduations. Service was 5-star from my first interaction on the phone to the completion of the work. Pricing was very reasonable. Trent was skilled and knowledgeable. So thankful to have found Full Send Garage. Trent is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and fast. He definitely goes above and beyond to help troubleshoot. He’s done multiple vehicle repairs for us now and he is quick to work us into the schedule. We appreciate him taking the time to go the extra mile to research the bumps we ran into with our Hyundai issue! We will definitely be back if we ever need any other vehicle work done in the future.
