Bumper fell of at a doctors appointment. We called and got us right in. Talked to me about options but didn’t push me to buy anything. Stand up folks within the hour drive off with my bumper safe and secure! Thanks guy!
Everyone should be aware that Brian no longer owns this business. We had work done there & paid the amount of the estimate in advance ($700). When our daughter went to pick it up, they said that they needed another $300 or she couldn't take the car. There was no phone call to warn us of extra work. We had to pay it to get the car back! Not great work either!

My window stopped working in the open position with -4 degree temps outside and over 100 miles from home. A quick google search showed Midwest was only a mile or two away so I gave them a call to see if they could help. I was greeted with the friendliest staff that went above and beyond to help resolve my window situation quickly! My drive home was nice and warm thanks to your team! Just a few highlights: - Problem was diagnosed within minutes of my arrival. - Parts were located and obtained within 15 minutes - Labor was quick and efficient From start to finish my window was fixed within an hour! I am incredibly grateful, much thanks!
This place is awesome. This team did everything in their power to help me get back on the road as soon as possible, going above and beyond. Everyone was super friendly, attentive and treated me like a priority.
I had a bumper replaced. Work was perfect and staff was the best. I definitely would do business there again.
Although I have yet to actually use the shop, the staff was courteous and respectful.
