I went to have my truck aligned today. My steering wheel was 90 degrees off from having my entire front end rebuilt. These people tried to tell me that they would have to disassemble my entire steering box to reset the steering wheel and informed me that it would be a 3 or 4 hour job to have it reset and wanted to charge me by the hour to do it before they would even align the truck. My son realigned the steering wheel by removing a single bolt in less than 10 minutes time. I then took my truck to Tom Davis in Parsons who completed the alignment in under an hour and that included resetting the steering wheel a second time which is part of an alignment any way and is why my husband didn’t bother to do it in the first place when he rebuilt my truck. These people are either crooks that want to defraud customers or don’t know what they are doing. Either way I would steer clear especially if you're a female that goes in by yourself and you aren’t mechanically savvy. Luckily I knew enough that I avoided being taken advantage of!!
