Lewis Toyota is fast and friendly. The don't upsell (try to sell you something extra while they have your car in the shop). They know my car and have been very accomadating. They've helped me at times without charge (but don't tell the service manager).

They did an oil check and rotated my tires in no time and were friendly at the same time. Thank you.

Easy to schedule, they had me out the door before I had a chance to finish my bottle of water.

Polite quick good. The only complaint I have was when my car was done it was parked clear back by the exit where they pull the cars out when done instead of up closer to where u pull in for service. It was ok but was used to finding it closer up. The guy was kinda rude when asked if everything was OK. As I was looking for my car. But overall was happy Am sorry for being late responding Happy New Year to u all

The Service Staff are EXCELLENT and do a wonderful job to ensure your vehicle is Fixed Right the FIRST Time. The Service Department all the way from the Service Manager, Service Writers and the Mechanics do an Excellent Job. Thanks to Smalls, I never have to worry about my truck. Justin Scharlett is a TOP Notch mechanic too. This is the type of service we used to get in the 70's. Thanks Everyone for a job WELL DONE

This team never ceases to amaze me. They are great at communication & have positive attitudes every time I see them. It’s those reasons and more that I will continue to bring my vehicle there.
