Had a great experience at Laird noller, Cedric Bryant is great. He is understanding, not pushy, and very patient as we looked at multiple vehicles with our children. He found us exactly what we needed and got it done in one day. This has been the best experience we’ve ever had buying a vehicle. When we need another car I’m calling Cedric!! Thankyou!!!

I have had my engine replaced twice from them. Had to have my transmission replaced after a wreck after receiving my car back. I have also had to have my wiring harness replaced, all within the past five years. Now I need new fuel injectors after they "did work on" my fuel system less than 2 years ago. Now they want me to pay again, to get things fixed that they should have fixed before. I am beyond furious and will never by another Ford again, nor buy a car from them after all of these issues, just within 5 years

I’m through. After about 10 years of taking 5 vehicles to this shop, I’m through. I have taken my car to them 5 times now, for the same issue. 5 diagnoses, 5 repairs, and 5 invoices paid. The issue is not corrected and the service writer told me that I have to take the car because “I can’t have the area tied up for a week” to check further. I picked my car up and took it straight to my (apparent) new mechanic

Good service and I felt the quality was there. Left me waiting after service was finished like a lot of big time and busy places will do. I had hoped to add brake service to my all in one but that request was ignored. I'm sure it had to do with scheduling time for that service.
