Vehicle pulled up to a shop here in topeka, and this is how it pulled up. Customer stated work was done by browns super service. One lug nut missing. 2 not secured at all to the wheel, and only 2 lugs, side by side, were actually holding the wheel in place. Customer stated they were instructed to drive multiple miles to our shop, which doesnt even service lug studs, which, by the way, EVERY SINGLE ONE IS BENT and at least 2 are cross threaded. Called them, they said the tech stated to dispatch that 3 lugs were secure and that all 5 were there originally. Completely unacceptable. Whoever did this work should be ashamed of not only themselves, but also their work.
