I had hit a dog with my car and did some significant damage to the front end. Call them they were very helpful. Willing to get me in soon. Worked with the insurance and got the Bodywork on the car finished. The car looked really good but when I started taking a closer look, they had buried my block heater for the diesel Engine. I went out and showed them. There was nothing they could do At that point in the evening so I took the car home and they were going to come get it in the morning. They did as they said they were going to. They showed up and took the car back to the shop got it fixed and brought it home. when the car got back home, I noticed a leak. I didn’t think too much of it at first, because I do live on gravel and it was raining. Less than a week later all of the fluid dumped out of my clutch. I called them back. They were willing to look at it but did not work on mechanical stuff so they wanted to send it to another shop. They did not give me the opportunity to choose the shop. First they sent it to was Volkswagen of Topeka which were nothing but a pain didn’t wanna On the car. I called Topeka transmission. He told me there was no way to tell if it did or didn’t happen, but insurance should cover it since it happened at the same time. While talking with Topeka transmission my insurance and Walt’s nobody had the same answers. Walt’s would not call the insurance anymore. I had to get the car towed out of pocket even though insurance told me that they need to get this set up. My Insurance was getting upset with me because I kept having to call them. Long story Somewhat short, Walt’s told the Insurance the car was not leaking there even though when I got the car home it was. Now, since they have talked to insurance, insurance is not willing to pay for the mechanical work. They were not honest on the phone they had my car for Two months to only find out it is not getting covered. As you can see in the picture, here is the fluid that leaked out of my car. If you only need bodywork, they did a good job. If you need any help after they’re done good luck
