Had my truck repaired there today everyone I was in contact with was very friendly and professional and the bill was very reasonable
I called and asked if they could get me in right away for a 15 minute repair. If not I would fix myself. They said they could. When I got there they asked if I had time to wait. I said no that’s why I called and asked. How long I ask them. He said ten minutes. I was like no problem. Then another guy came out and asked if I had 30 minutes to an hour to wait. I said no. So I told him I’ll have to take home and fix that I couldn’t wait. He said just do that because he doesn’t like to get pushed around. THAT IS WHY I CALLED AHEAD. AND SPECIFICALLY ASK THE QUESTION. SO THEY LIED AND WASTED MY TIME. SO APPARENTLY THEY CAN FLAT OUT LIE TO YOU. and again told them on the phone if they couldn’t get to it right away no big deal. I would take care of it myself. Click bait. Figured once I got there I would just wait. 45 trucks on my project. Might do great work and be reasonable. But time is money and they lied to me. I hate liars.
