Guy goes way above & beyond to satisfy his customers only thing he is one man and always busy

I had a family emergency and needed an oil change on the spot to drive over 1,000 miles in a very old vehicle. Even though he was swamped Mike had unusual empathy for the situation and fit me in immediately. I watched several other people show up unexpectedly and Mike dropped everything to give them his undivided until he got them taken care of. He was efficient and gave me important information about my truck tires. This is a man who really cares about people. Highly recommend

We were traveling from out of town and damaged a tire beyond repair. Mike got us right in and fixed us up for a fair price and got us back on the road!!

Great service every time!

Came into the shop at 4 PM on a Thursday (no hours posted anywhere online, but the open sign was on). Finally found him after waiting a little bit (waiting isn’t a big deal). I asked him if he could fix a flat I had and he just looked at me and didn’t say anything for a good 20 seconds. Then he laughed a little and said “I guess” like he was upset that I came in and asked. He then just walked away and went somewhere in the shop and never came back after a few minutes. I probably caught him on a bad day, but this was just weird.

He is really good at what he does I definitely recommend going to Mike’s Ok Tires I had a nail in 2 of my tires and I was there for only 20 minutes and it’s been holding air for 6 years now

Husband stopped in to see how much it would cost to patch a tire leak and the guy working responded with “if you have to ask you can’t afford it” so my husband turned around and walked back out. Rude and unprofessional and great way to lose business. Go someplace else unless you like being treated poorly by those who are supposed to be offering a service.
