Do not get an estimate here. They will take advantage of you, make it look like to insurance that there is more damage than in actual, and rack up the charges so your car is totaled.

My wife and I had major hail damage from the storms that rolled through our area. We have brought our cars here for years and hadn’t had a problem, but this last time the service and treatment was awful. As a female, I felt like I was constantly being talked down to during the 2 MONTHS they had our car. When we went to pick it up, there was an issue that it had not had before that they said we did and would not fix it.. They did not communicate with me during the entire time they had my car and acted like I was really a bother if I called. This will be the last time we go there.

Shout out to Jadey Redford for managing my insurance claim for frontal damage. She kept me informed throughout the process and made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. She was professional and made my first insurance claim such a pleasant experience. If I were to damage my vehicle again, I will definitely come back to bother Jadey again! I chose this shop over the other jaywolfe body shop at holms road for convenience. The techs over there told me this is tough color to work on but Jadey's team did phenomenal job with this! As you see in the pictures, I can hardly tell the front bumper was replaced entirely and repainted. The color matching is perfect and metallic particle was spot on as well. Extremely happy with end result. Would definitely recommend this shop!

2 weeks ago, someone parked by me at Target just close enough that when the wind knocked their door out of their hands, it slammed into my Rav. At the time, it looked like there was a long scratch, deep enough to be concerned with on my handle. My car is only 2 years old, so I wanted to have it looked at it. I called Jay Wolfe Toyota for a referral to a body shop - not knowing they had one on Barry! I had left a message, and within an hour I got a call back from Sean who is a managing partner at the body shop. I told him what happened, he worked it out so he could see me that day after work, and it was a terrific experience from the beginning. We looked at the handle, he polished it off, revealing it was only just a tiny point that had broken the paint, and we talked about my options. I am happy to give Sean a 5 star rating! His professionalism, and knowledge of the situation was beyond expectations and the transaction left me completely satisfied with its resolution. Thanks Sean!!!!!
