I have watched the Car Wizard for a little over a year. Now I do some of my own work on my cars, but I do not have a lift so I can't do everything. My long time Lotus mechanic in NJ retired recently. Lotus dealers around the area will not touch an Esprit, and an Esprit is not a car you want someone learning on. So even though I did not need anything major it was worth it for me to get this Lotus from upstate NY to Kansas. Dave always kept in constant communication with me during the service process. I wanted every fluid in the car flushed as I had no record of some of them being done. He fixed both my heat and A/C. I had a check engine light which was an air intake sensor which he replaced, my drivers mirror needed fixing, and I needed a new shift boot which Dave took the time to source as Lotus does not make one anymore. I am very impressed with Omega Auto Clinic. The Esprit has returned home (as pictured) and she is running like brand new. Dave and Omega fixed everything that was wrong, and told me everything else looked great. I would rather pay for shipping to someone I trust than take it somewhere closer and have it be a gamble. Honestly with how rural an area I live I would have to ship it anyways, so why not to someone trustworthy. All in all Omega gets 6 stars if I could. They provided outstanding customer service and communication. They were honest, and I love the attention to detail, and while I never expected a video, it was nice seeing the Esprit while she was gone on Youtube. Thank you Omega! You will see other cars of mine soon!

Um.i love your video, David i.wanted to know I have a 1997 acura tl with 250,187 miles are these low maintenance and reliable cars also how bout acura legends I see a lot of people say they have head gasket issues is that because lack of maintenance because from what I understand 90s Japanese cars are supposed to be bulletproof engines yeah?

One of the few remaining shops I feel has integrity in their business practice. I've watched Dave (Wizard) On YouTube for years and have always been a fan of his work and business ethics. I recently started dabbling in 20+ year old Land Rover Discovery' for something to tinker with, off-road and daily drive. I brought in my 02 this week to have the guys look at cruise control, which I'd tried to work out and was hoping one of the experts might take a quick look and say "Oh yea, here's the issue". Sure enough, they found a vacuum hose issue and my bellow wasn't holding vacuum. The part alone is $350'ish so I likely won't repair it on this old of a machine to daily drive and run errands in, paid half an hour for diagnostic - but it's worth it to have an experienced LR tech take a look. This was the only shop out of half a dozen I called that didn't immediately say "we don't work on those". I'd hoped it would be something simple and not the entire assembly, but we can't always be lucky! I'll definitely be back if I have a larger issue in the future. PS to those coming, manage your expectations. This is a smaller (employee wise) shop who focuses on specialty vehicles primarily. It isn't your quick speedy throw it on a jack and get you out the door in 30 minutes with a stripped oil drain plug type of place (and that's a good thing!). They will do you right and albeit quick. I had fun hanging out and chatting with a couple of the guys in the morning and got a quick tour of the shop. It was cool to have that old shop kind of feel with folks who enjoy their trade, are extremely knowledgeable and who have ethics. That's a rare combination these days. This is mainly in response to reviews claiming frustration over not getting a quote over the phone. Best of luck getting anyone to quote a job over the phone as large as swapping an engine...
